Mouth Guards

Being passionate about sports does not mean an athlete should ever compromise their smile. Even when playing sports with a helmet, an athletes teeth are often exposed to injury. Being tackled in football, constant jumping in basketball, slamming into walls and other people during hockey, and any other type of high impact sport can cause teeth to click together, sometimes very violently. This can lead to chips, cracks, even tooth loss!

Protecting your teeth should be a number one priority if you’re an athlete. Our custom athletic mouth guards fit perfectly to each person’s mouth and jaw leaving them comfortably protected. Made from an exact model of your teeth, custom athletic mouthguards can protect you in ways that generic, over the counter mouthguards never could. Everyone’s mouth and teeth are different. If your mouth is more wide, or narrower than a generic mouthguard, you open the door to tooth injuries. If a mouthguard doesn’t fit properly, it can impede your breathing, which is a huge problem if you’re an athlete! Even how thick your teeth are is a factor, as some areas may need more padding than others!

Mouth guards benefits:

  • Absolute comfort
  • Optimal protection
  • Resistance to tears
  • Longer lasting than generic mouthguards
  • Thickness where it’s required
  • No jaw strain, as the mold will be designed so you can comfortably close your mouth without difficulty
  • Easy to maintain and clean
  • No odor or taste

Our staff will make sure that the mouthguard will offer the best protection you need. The athlete will be evaluated based on age and the possibility of tooth or mouth growth, which is an important factor if they are an adolescent or child. Want to know more?
